Big news is coming out from ITV network. Sanjay Singhal has been appointed President of North India (Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Himachal, Jammu-Kashmir and Delhi) by ITV Network, giving him an out-of-term promotion.
Sanjay brings to his current position an extensive wealth of experience spanning nearly three decades in the media industry, consistently demonstrating a stellar performance throughout his distinguished career. Since 2010, he has been an integral part of India News, contributing significantly to its success.
In his previous capacity, Sanjay served as the President-North Government at iTV Network, overseeing Aaj Samaj and India News operations in Haryana, Punjab, and Himachal. His tenure in this role showcased his exceptional leadership skills and strategic acumen. Prior to his association with iTV Network, Sanjay held the position of Deputy General Manager at the Chandigarh unit of Hindustan Times from 2000 to 2010. During this period, he also served as a coordinator and earned recognition as a Black Belt in Six Sigma methodology.
Sanjay’s professional journey extends back to the 1990s when he played a pivotal role as the Government Head at Indian Express and Jansatta from 1990 to 2000. Over the years, he has effectively managed multiple departments, showcasing his versatility and ability to navigate diverse facets of media and journalism.
Educationally, Sanjay holds an MBA degree in Marketing and Master of Commerce and Business Administration in Finance, further complemented by his credentials as a Company Secretary (I), PGDPM graduate, and a recipient of various management certifications. Notably, his expertise extends to Six Sigma, where he holds the prestigious Black Belt, leveraging this methodology to enhance efficiency across various systems and processes.
