Hailing from Chadigarh, Punjab, Shweta strutted down the ramp as a goddess for the National Costume Show. The outfit designed by Nidhi Yasha represented modern India as it embodied diversity, integrity, strength, and resilience.

Born on May 24, 2000, Miss Universe 2023 contestant was raised by a single mother. At just 16, she shifted to Mumbai to pursue her passion for dancing. She participated in several dance-reality shows, including ‘Dance India Dance Season 6’, ‘Dance Deewane’, and ‘Dance Plus 6’.
She has choreographed in ‘Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa’ Season 10 and has also been featured in a music video. She later entered the modelling world and was crowned Miss Diva 2023. The grand finale of the 72nd Miss Universe pageant contest will take place on Sunday, 18th November at the José Adolfo Pineda Arena in San Salvador, the capital of El Salvador.
