12 दिसंबर को ग्रेटर नोएडा वेस्ट की सोसायटी सुपरटेक इकोविलेज-1 के रेजिडेंट्स ने नोएडा अथॉरिटी के अधिकारियों, IRP हितेश गोयल के साथ महत्वपूर्ण मीटिंग की। जिसमें सुपरटेक ईको विलेज 1 के महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दे जैसे – फ्लैटों की रजिस्ट्री – रुके हुए OC/CC की शुरुआत – सभी टावरों में लिफ्ट – प्रोजेक्ट Fund और रुके काम को पूरा कराने जैसे कई मुद्दों पर डिस्कशन हुआ जिसमें सभी लोगों का साथ रहा।

NOTE…This is just the brief of meeting as everyone might be curious. Detailed MOM will be shared soon to us by Authority .
1) Regarding Fund’s IRP is in touch with LNT , by 22 January 24 IRP will have again meeting with LNT for Final Discussion.
2) In discussion it was Suggested by everyone that NDC amount & TRANSFER charges should be supervised under IRP. So that amount can be utilised to develop Incomplete infrastructure. FOR THAT IRP WILL WRITE LETTER TO NCLT COURT FOR PERMISSION.
3) Moreover in discussion it was concluded that Flat owners who have Yet not Taken NDC will be asked to Take NDC within Perticular Time Period .Incase of Failure there Flat will be Cancelled. FOR THIS ALSO PERMISSION WILL BE TAKEN FROM NCLT COURT BY IRP.
And that NDC amount will be utilised in that Perticular tower only.
4) Regarding YG Estate Outflow and inflow of money will be Shared with Residents for Transparency.
5) Moreover on request of Residents it was concluded that IRP Head Hitesh Goel ji will frequently have meeting at his office with residents of EV1 to resolve or discuss the issues.
6) Regarding OC/CC & Registry
Authority is waiting for Amitabh Kant Committee Report.
