Advance Booking opens for Ranbir’s ‘Animal’

Cinemas and online ticketing platforms are reporting a surge in traffic as fans secure their seats well in advance, ensuring they don’t miss out on the cinematic event of the season.

Production house T-Series on Saturday opened the advance booking for “Animal”, starring Ranbir Kapoor, ahead of its December 1 release. To subscribe please click tau.id/2iy6f and access our live channel.

Given the hype around Ranbir Kapoor’s upcoming film ‘Animal’, the producers opted to open its advance bookings on November 25. The ticket prices in Delhi and Mumbai are soaring to a staggering Rs 2200.

This high price ticket is exclusivly for the 11:30 PM screening at INOX: Maison Jio World Plaza in Bandra-Kurla Complex, Mumbai. According to a ticket booking website, the show is already “filling fast”.

Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga of “Kabir Singh” fame, the Pan-India film also stars Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Rashmika Mandanna and Triptii Dimri.

Produced by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar’s T-Series, Murad Khetani’s Cine1 Studios and Pranay Reddy Vanga’s Bhadrakali Pictures, the film will release theatrically in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.

T- Series took to its social media handle to break the news. It posted, ‘#Animal Advance bookings open now, from November 25.” The bookings have been open 5 days before its official global release.

In the Delhi-NCR region, ticket prices start from Rs 250 and go up to whopping Rs 2200 for a recliner seat. During the weekdays, the price might go below around Rs.150-Rs 200 as well.

The prices for recliners generally range from Rs 900 to Rs 1800. Tickets for general seating are also high in multiplex chains, going as high as Rs 650. Cinephiles may even experience in 3D Max with tickets over Rs. 800 to Rs. 1000.

The first trailer of the movie was recently launched by the makers. It showcases a violent world set against the backdrop of a troubled relationship between Ranbir’s Arjun Singh and his father Balbir Singh, played by Anil Kapoor.
