Ability to independently manage news production on the channel along with the editorial team
Take calls, lead the team and supervise them to achieve goals on a day to day basis
Supervise individual team leaders and ensure end to end solutions
Should be well-versed with news and have basic journalistic news sense
Candidate must be competent in handling and understanding technology
Ability to lead all aspects of News Production including PCR, Graphics and Channel Aesthetics.
Ability to work with teams including the editorial team to play a decisive role in producing a story/show
Basic educational qualification: Graduation in any discipline
Required experience in News Broadcast is compulsory : 7+ years
