कहते हैं पूत के पांव पालने में ही दिखने लगते हैं। बचपन से ही किताब और कहानियों में डूबी अपर्णा मिश्रा ने वो कर दिखाया, जिसका ख्वाब उन्होंने बचपन से ही देखा था। दसवीं क्लास में पढ़ने वाली स्कूली छात्रा अपर्णा मिश्रा की किताब ‘टू वर्ल्ड्स’ काफी चर्चा में हैं। दरअसल, यह किताब अपर्णा के कल्पना लोक के आधार पर रची गई है। अपर्णा ने एक उपन्यास की शक्ल में इस किताब को अंजाम दिया है, जिसका उद्देश्य है मानव-जगत और एलियन की दुनिया को एक-दूसरे से जोड़ना और दोनों के बीच प्रेम और दोस्ती को स्थापित करना।
इस उपन्यास में माया नाम की एक नवयुवती मुख्य किरदार है, जिसकी एक दोस्त है स्टेसी मिल्टन। दूसरी दुनिया के किरदारों के बारे में इन दोनों दोस्तों की सोच और फिर उन किरदारों के साथ बसी दुनिया को बचाने के लिए इनका संघर्ष इस उपन्यास का मुख्य आधार है। अपर्णा ने इस काल्पनिक दुनिया को बेहद ही सुंदर और रोचक ढंग से गढ़ा है। अलग-अलग घटनाक्रम के माध्यम से दूसरी दुनिया के लोगों को मानव-जगत के लोगों से जोड़ने की अपर्णा की कोशिश शानदार है।
अपर्णा मिश्रा की यह कृति ना सिर्फ दो दुनियाओं को बचाने में शामिल एक नवयुवती के साहसिक कार्य की मंत्रमुग्ध कर देने वाली कहानी है, बल्कि हमें मित्रता के महत्व और जीवन में अधिक से अधिक सत्य की खोज की आवश्यकता जैसी नैतिकता की शिक्षा भी देती हैं, जो व्यक्तियों के लालच से परे है। यह कहानी हमें बताती है कि एक व्यक्ति को बहुत सी परेशानियों से गुजरना पड़ सकता है, लेकिन इससे उसे टूटना नहीं चाहिए। उन्हें दूसरों की मदद करने की इच्छाशक्ति कभी नहीं खोनी चाहिए।
अपर्णा की यह किताब अभी अंग्रेजी भाषा में प्रकाशित हुई। लेकिन, इसकी सफलता से उत्साहित लेखिका अब इसे दूसरी भाषाओं में भी प्रकाशित करवाने की सोच रही है।
किताब लिखने की कला अपर्णा को अपने पिता श्री अंकेश्वर मिश्रा से विरासत में मिली है। श्री मिश्रा भारत सरकार में अधिकारी हैं तथा कई विषयों पर अलग-अलग भाषाओं में किताबें भी लिख चुके हैं।
Novel – Two Worlds

This renowned book has been written by a budding author Aparna Mishra. It is a great achievement especially for a young girl like her. She has written a very thrilling novel which highlights the story of alien creatures. The amount of efforts that has been put by her in writing such a captivating story is impressive. Such a creative novel requires lot of imagination and to manifest all these thoughts and imagination into words is even more commendable. She has beautifully presented her thoughts in the book Two Worlds.
Her book ‘Two Worlds’ is a fictional novel which highlights the story of two different worlds. One of these worlds is of humans and the other of alien creatures. The story also highlights the bravery of a lion-hearted girl who made all efforts to save these two worlds and even sacrificed her life for the people of these two worlds. It was therefore concluded that two separate worlds are better off separated since their coming together can lead to various troubles.
In the story, there was a young girl called Maya who perceived creatures around her and had a bestie called Stacey Milton. While Maya was scared of these creatures, Stacey who couldn’t perceive them was rather riveted. She intended to reach to the root of it.
Stacey was soon shifted to a hostel in another city where she found out a lot about those creatures and also about some dynamic gems called Mande Uniquses. She got to know that when the five subordinate Uniquses would come together then they would give rise to the ‘Supreme Uniqus’ which can fulfill any one wish but in return it demands the life of any person. She also found out that the creatures Maya perceived were Climontians – habitants of the other world.
Stygian, a mighty devious creature, wanted to seize all the Mande Uniquses and fulfil his wish of conquering both the worlds. Stacey was well aware of his plan so after finding all the Uniquses, she decided to lay down her life for the Human and Climontian world. She demanded peace and harmony for the people of both the worlds from the Supreme Uniqus. Stygian was slayed by his own daughter and all his servants were vanished by the Supreme Uniqus. The ‘two worlds’ lived blissfully thereafter.
Aparna’s book is based on fantasy and it thrills the readers who read it. The adventures involved in saving these two worlds are not only bewitching but also gives us morals like the importance of friendship and need for the search of greater truth in life that goes beyond the greed of individuals. The story tells us that a person may have to go through a lot of troubles but that should not break them. They should never lose the will to help others.
Her book is available in English language. However, hopefully in the future it will be made available in various other languages so that a wider audience would get a chance to read it and view her outstanding work.
