MAKE AND EAT ACTIVITY OF PROTEIN RICH DAL PALAK AT BLOOMING KIDS.
Children enjoyed the activity of Dal Palak. They were made aware of the ingredients and the cooking process, this type of activities helps the children to increase their vocabulary it also helps them to develop interest of eating healthy and balanced diet. The children were asked to bring different ingredients. They then actively participated in the pre- cooking process. They were all eager to take home the dal for their mothers.

The children were made aware about the GO GLOW and GROW food and how it helps them in their daily routine and their growth.
This make & eat activity is always thoroughly enjoyed by all the students thru’ all these years.
